1. Do you take custom orders?

Yes, depending on my schedule and the details outlined below. If you see a bead or bead set that I have made before, and you would like me to reproduce it for you, please email me.

T
he following details apply:
There are some beads I might not be willing or able to reproduce.
The minimum price for a custom order is $50.00.
~ (Please keep this in mind if you are thinking of placing a small order).
All custom orders must be pre-paid. 50% refund if you cancel your order after work has begun.
Delivery time is 1-3 weeks.

Remember, chances are likely that the beads I make for you will look different than the beads you want me to reproduce. They will be as closely matched as possible, yet they will be their own unique artistic expressions. Be ready to accept something a little different and one-of-a-kind, especially if the beads I'm making for you are complex.

2. What forms of payment do you accept?

I prefer PayPal, but I also accept money orders. If you would like to pay by money order, email me for payment instructions.

3. Do I need a PayPal account if I want to pay with a credit card?

PayPal is the way I am currently accepting credit cards on-line. I've found it to be secure and easy to use. You do not need to sign up for a PayPal account in order to pay with your credit card or make an instant transfer from your bank account. In either case, payment will be sent to me instantly so that I can get your beads out to you as quickly as possible.

4. What are your shipping rates?

I offer FREE First Class shipping with Delivery Confirmation in the U.S.
Priority Shipping within the U.S. is $4.60.
Domestic postal insurance is optional if you are concerned your box may be damaged in transit. (Please note that I pack with a lot of bubble wrap to keep the beads safe).
I will calculate International Rates at the time of purchase. Let me know if you need an estimate beforehand.

Email me if you have any questions about shipping costs to your area.

I do my best to ship the beads to you within 48 hours of receiving payment.

5. Do you accept returns?

Yes. If you are not satisfied with your beads for any reason, please contact me within 7 days of receiving them to set up a return for your money back minus any shipping costs.
Postal insurance is optional if you are concerned your box may be damaged in transit.
Please note that I pack with a lot of bubble wrap to minimize the possibility of bead breakage.

6. Are your beads annealed and cleaned?

Yes, they are properly annealed in a digitally controlled kiln overnight, and the bead release has been cleaned from the holes to the best of my ability. I also wash my beads in soap and hot water before I mail them so they arrive in your hands clean and ready for your jewelry designs.

7. Do you teach?

I have taught in my home studio in the past, but I am not teaching currently.
